UC Davis offers a variety of student housing options both on-campus and in the Davis community. Our community is student-focused, friendly and reasonably priced.
As a freshman entering UC Davis, you're guaranteed a year of on-campus residence hall housing when you meet all required campus deadlines. Transfer students may contact Student Housing to be placed on a waiting list for on-campus residence hall housing, but typically live in our on-campus apartments or in the city of Davis. Most housing is within easy biking distance of campus, and our student-run Unitrans bus system serves the entire city, so most off-campus housing is within a few blocks of a bus stop! |
